OK.....The Mexican Chair Factory will be at the Treasure Island Flea Market

 this weekend

July 30 and 31st!

We are taking our chairs (of course!)  and other pieces we've rescued

And we are taking some fun stuff too!...

So if you have some free time this weekend..

stop by and say "Hi"..we'll  be at Space 276

Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m to 4 p.m.

Day Dreaming...My Mini Travelog Part 1

I should be doing some yard work...

Or finish cleaning out the garage...

But I think I think I'll spend a little tiempo day dreaming instead...

Remembering the great day spent bottling wine in Napa and the relaxing lunch that followed..

Easter Island was so calm and quiet...

Oh boy oh boy...Provence...right now...right away...

Merida in the Yucatan Peninsula was green, green, green...

Land of enchantment and enchanting daydreams - New Mexico

The food in Prague was great...

The markets in Peru were out of this world with color...

Louie and I will never forget the wonders of Tuscany (and the food!)...

One of the most friendliest places on the plant...The Philippines...

There was never a more beautiful morning then this one in Ireland...

Copenhagen was way freezing but way beautiful...

Singapore was stunning...

There are still a few other countries that I day dream about but I'll save those for next time...

break time is over...

back to work!

The Mexican Chair Factory...July Update

Ok, so I have been working more than full time (or so it seems)  on my latest obsession...The Mexican Chair Factory.   Here's a few of what seems to be a gazillion pieces that Yogarden and I have rescued from the trash pile and worked on...

I found this one on the corner and

 Yogarden painted it with this vibrant color...

perfect for summer...

 

The Factory has  expanded beyond chairs

 and we now including other smaller pieces like this

 vintage magazine rack

...another one we rescued from the garbage truck...

And if that doesn't keep me busy (and out of trouble),

I  have my nieces and nephews (my sisters grandkids) with me this week!

We are doing a "Tia's Summer Camp"

and we've been swimming...

 is always on the

camp activity schedule

Anywhooo - The Mexican Chair Factory

so it's back to work
