Are U Looking at Me?

A few months ago, while in Paris, I headed out to have lunch in Saint-Germain-des-Pres, a very trendy neighborhood in the 6th Arrondissement. Along the way I came across lots of home decor and furniture boutiques and cool eyewear shops( I couldn't resist and bought myself a pair!).  Let's take a stroll through the 6th.....

All eyes were on me...I think....


Eyeglass Necklaces...
you hang your eyeglasse/sunglasses through the bottom ring..I should have bought one..


This haute couture dress was made out of wallpaper....


Believe it or not these are gloves...what??


Waiting for a table in cool shades...


A very healthy lunch...

Followed by a very delicious dessert (Champagne and raspberry tart)!


Not to be outdone..here's what College Avenue was sporting in chic eyewear...

Oakland holds it own!

    Love it! I didn't know this trendy neighborhood existed inside Paris. I love the plushy couch with the pillows on it and the Haute Couture gown made out of wall paper. Next time I'll skip the touristy stuff and venture out a bit more. Great post.

    Yup,just get on the bus and see where you end up! Actually, I was looking for (and found) a skin care store recommended by Ines de la Fressange (www.rogervivier.com). I bought soaps and lotions!

    I'll returning to Paris in September and already putting together my "gotta do" list!
